Privacy notice for UK enquiries

Topographical Surveyors UK collects the details you type into the quote form so we can price and programme a survey. That typically means your name, email, telephone number, site postcode, the service you selected and any notes about access.

The telephone number 020 7946 0958 and the inbox info@topographicalsurveyorsuk.com are temporary placeholders. Until a permanent mailbox is connected, form submissions are validated by the site’s API route and written to a server log. Do not send special-category information or copies of identity documents through the form.

We do not sell enquiry lists. We do not run advertising pixels on this first release. Embedded maps load from OpenStreetMap and are subject to that project’s own notices.

You can ask us to delete an enquiry by emailing the address above once it is live, or by using the same form with a deletion request in the notes. We will keep information only as long as we need it to reply or to deliver a survey you instructed.

This notice is for a United Kingdom audience. If we appoint a data protection contact or a processor (for example an email provider on Vercel), we will update this page rather than hide the change in a footer.
